Terms

Fundable platform terms and launch rules.

These platform terms summarize Fundable launch rules for business-readiness, business-loan preparation, marketplace discovery, and reviewer-gated outputs.

No funding guarantee

This report is for business-readiness and decision-support purposes only. It does not guarantee funding, investment, credit approval, valuation acceptance, legal compliance, tax compliance, audit assurance, or investor interest. Final decisions require authorized review by the relevant bank, investor, professional, or platform reviewer.

Business-loan boundary

Fundable currently supports business-purpose loans only. Personal, consumer, school-fee, medical, travel, wedding, rent, and personal debt-consolidation loans are not supported.

Final reviewer authority

Fundable performs preliminary screening and draft file preparation. Banks, DFIs, lenders, investors, and authorized reviewers make final decisions.

User responsibility

Users are responsible for submitting accurate documents, lawful authority to share them, and timely correction of incomplete or outdated information.

Access and account control

Fundable may suspend access, remove listings, or restrict sharing where consent, ownership, compliance, fraud, or reviewer-gate requirements are not met.

Liability and disputes

Fundable provides preparation and decision-support workflows only. Disputes are handled under applicable law and the relevant professional or platform review process.

Intellectual property

Users retain ownership of their underlying business documents. Fundable templates, scoring methods, workflows, and generated platform materials remain platform operating assets unless agreed otherwise.

Force majeure

Fundable is not liable for delays caused by bank portals, third-party providers, telecom interruptions, payment systems, public registries, or events outside reasonable control.
